About 2 years ago, my Grandpa Fred passed away. He passed away from a horrific disease called ALS otherwise known as Lou Gehrig’s Disease. My grandfather was a very generous, nice, smart, and caring man. He had a great sense of humor and was known for his genius desserts. Since he was a doctor, he would always help cure my injuries that foolish 4 year old me would continue to cause to happen. He was a very bright, intelligent person who taught me multiple life lessons that I still use in my everyday life today. My grandfather will forever have a special place in my heart.
